Pearson Chapel committed to digital accessibility, and to conforming to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.0, and complying with the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA) effective communication requirements, and other applicable regulations.

 

As part of Pearson Chapel’s continual effort to increase the useability and functionality of our website for all our users, we test and evaluate our new and refreshed websites for conformance to the required standards. This site has been built using W3C standards for HTML and CSS so that it may support the accessibility requirements. Using standards compliant HTML/CSS code ensures the site displays correctly in current browsers and future browsers will also display it correctly.

 

While Pearson Chapel strives to adhere to the accepted guidelines and standards for accessibility and usability, it is not always possible to do so in all areas of the website.  We are continually seeking out solutions that will bring all areas of the site up to the same level of overall web accessibility.
